So what can Cranio-Sacral Therapy help with?
A lot! All our tensions and stresses and bad postures and physical injuries can remain in our bodies and cause tightness, pain, headaches, internal scaring and restrictions and anxieties… the list is endless to how our bodies react.
I have felt it and just one of my symptoms was a headache lasting 5 -7 days without any release and for a time this happened frequently! Most of us carry on regardless or are just blinded to how we are feeling until it is too late. Some of my clients have reported after treatment that they have been able to reduced their pain medication due to constant headaches. Pain has gone from their lower back area that they have had for months, sinuses feeling cleared, and a better feeling of self-worth and feeling lighter …
Appointment and Fees
I am based at Number 7 Clinic, Presteigne but should you have difficulty in visiting the centre, I may be able to offer an alternative venue. Please contact me so we can discuss options. The charge will increase for these appointments and I am happy to discuss this with you depending on the arrangements
Your Appointment with Angela
Your initial appointment will normally run for 75 minutes and along with your treatment, this will allow time to discuss your requirements and to get to know you.
Should you require any follow-up sessions, these would normally run for 60 minutes.

Missed appointments
If you miss an appointment I am afraid I will still need to charge you the full fee, unless cancellation is notified at least 24 hours before the date of your treatment.
